I'm Julie-Ann. I've got a bit of weight to lose this year, so I'm going to need your help. I've been a weight loss consultant for years, so I've seen a lot of people try to lose weight, and I've seen the difference support makes.

Why are we trying to do it by ourselves? I decided to lose weight with a friend, as a team. Then other people got on board, and I noticed that the more people shared the weight, the easier it got for everyone.
